Nashlyn Pather
Nash holds a BCompt degree in Financial Accounting as well as SAICA articles, including a secondment to the UK. He was a colleague of Ryall for a number of years before partnering with him to take on various financial consulting projects. Like all members of the Aureum team, he has had experience dealing with clients of all shapes and sizes, but has a particular passion for assisting SMMEs and start-ups.
His focus is on improving business processes through the implementation of the appropriate systems and controls, in addition to identifying weaknesses in existing processes for established businesses. A unique aspect of business that interests him is performance evaluation and the role it plays in creating value for business owners and staff alike. When he is not working he is a passionate sports fan and can usually be found on a golf course.
Chandhini Maharaj
Chandhini specialises in financial management and taxation. She has a passion for problem solving and loves a technical challenge. She obtained her Honours in Accounting and has served her SAICA articles, which has given her exposure to a whole range of local businesses. This has given her an eye for what works (and what does not) from a financial control and compliance perspective.
Chandhini is a strong believer in always adopting a methodical approach to business development, while appreciating that it is not just about the numbers and no detail is too small to be relevant. She is proud to have begun her path as a woman in business and provide support to others looking to do the same. Other than providing a valuable customer experience, Chandhini enjoys honing her horticulture and interior design skills.
Ryall Naidoo
Ryall is a qualified chartered accountant and is passionate about business development, and specifically local SMMEs. Specialising in financial management and advisory services, he is a believer in strong collaboration between the operational and financial components of business to achieve long term growth for owners.
He specialised in the property development, fuel retail and manufacturing sectors. He has recently expanded his focus to the administration and development of all businesses in the early stages of their development, providing them with integrated solutions that support growth while maintaining the highest levels of compliance. Away from work he is a sports enthusiast and has a passion for cooking.
